Light is an interesting phenomenon. We take it for granted that for the most part when we see light on an object that we are looking at light. In reality we are looking at a reflection of light from that object. The only real time we look at light is to look at the source, which in our case is the sun, fire or a light bulb. But we can’t look at the sun or at least should not because it would damage out vision. I am painting the sun and capturing the effect of the sun so it can be viewed via a painting.
